- Forum question DUE Sunday 10/22 at 11:59pm BASED ON 5 READINGS FOR 10/24: This week's readings fundamentally ask us to think about health as community wealth. What are the structural lessons that the Rebuilding Neighborhoods, Restoring Health reading teaches us about housing instability? How does housing instability relate to individual families and overall community health?
If public health is designed to promote wellness and protection towards preventing (further) injury as outlined by the American Public Health Association, what action strategies do Beckwith and Lopez suggest we embrace to address community problems? How are all of these health conditions discussed across the week's readings inherently/inevitable connected to structural inequities regarding health as community wealth?
- Comment on ONE other’s post.
