Your Help is Needed to Treat our Staff!
BBIS Staff will be treated to a full day of snacks (orange snacks) to help kick off their Spring Break! Your contributions are greatly appreciated in making this day a special one for the staff.
The sign up genius will close on Thursday, February 27. Items being contributed are due no later than Tuesday, March 3. The display of treats will be Thursday, March 5.

What inspired you to work with children? Babysitting at a young age - love working with children.
What is your favorite book? I have a few, but I will name, The Four Agreements.
What was your favorite subject in school? Choir
If you could learn to do one thing, what would it be? Play the piano or guitar
If you could have any other career, what would it be? Attorney
Who do you consider your hero? My daughter
People would be surprised to know… If I tell you, it wouldn't be a surprise.
Go Texan Day: Friday, February 28!
Go Texan Day is traditionally held the Friday before the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo begins. This day is meant to celebrate western heritage in our community.

Where are you from and where did you grow up? Dallas, Texas
What inspired you to work with children? The desire to make a difference in the life of others and to inspire them to reach for the stars.
What is your favorite book? The Bible
What was your favorite subject in school? Journalism
If you could learn to do one thing, what would it be? The skills to be a doctor, and find a cure for cancer or other illnesses.
If you could have any other career, what would it be? Famous author, doctor or news anchor
Who do you consider your hero? My grandmother, my dad and our heavenly father up above.
People would be surprised to know…I scuba dive, sing in Woodlands Church choir, enjoy card & board games and was Miss Texas Sweetheart in 1980.

BBIS General Information
Early morning child care begins at 6:30 a.m. and all students must be enrolled online through the MISD website.
The first bell rings at 7:55 a.m. and the tardy bell rings at 8:00 a.m. The instructional day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:10 p.m.
