- And more!

SAM Webinar to introduce Admin Menu
Due to changes coming to SD-STARS in late December, the SD-STARS team is providing a new training opportunity for STARS Account Managers (SAMs) in each district.
The SD-STARS upgrade will affect how SAMs interact with SD-STARS. The biggest change will be the appearance and functions of the Admin menu. The main tasks are not changing. SAMS still need to approve accounts and manage permissions. What is changing is where SAMs click on different buttons and the overall appearance of Admin menu options.
This training will help SAMs navigate the new features and functionality within SD-STARS to perform tasks related to user accounts. Participants will leave the session with an understanding of how the new Admin menu will allow SAMs to manage accounts and permissions for district users. They will also know how to find documentation as it relates to the new features. This training will be an excellent opportunity for all SAMs to brush up on old skills and learn about the new look and feel of SD-STARS. SAMs will be well prepared to adjust permissions and account access for all district users, including those who need access to the Accountability Report Card.
