Cinco Ranch Restaurant Tasting
Cinco Ranch Restaurant Week
This week in English the students created a restaurant. They had to come up with a creative name and a unique theme for their new endeavor. While working with the different parts of speech, the students created an advertisement focusing on nouns, a menu focusing on adjectives, a newspaper article focusing on verbs and adverbs, and a blueprint layout of their restaurant focusing on prepositions. This Friday, the students are able to bring in a dish from their restaurant for the class to enjoy. This will be an extra credit opportunity. If your child decide not to participate, it will not count against them. I ask that if you do participate please bring enough for the class. I listed the class sizes below in order to help you plan accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at angelicamknight@katyisd.org.
