Cudas!
There are no words to even begin to describe the feelings of pride and gratitude I have for all of you! We are undefeated champions! We are the best of the best! We are the Cuda Nation!
Congratulations on a well deserved win! Every single on of you contributed to this team this season, and you should all know how much you mean to this team! You all did an outstanding job this season, and have improved and achieved more than I could ever imagine. This season has flew by, and it has been such a blessing spending those sunny days with you each and every week. I can't wait to celebrate with you this Monday, at the End of Season Awards Celebration!
For some Cudas, the season is not over yet. This upcoming week, we have our Red, White, and Blue and Ponderosa Invitationals. Let's cheer on this Cudas as they bring home even more hardware in this final week of the swim season! Good luck Cudas!
This week, practices will be only for those swimmers qualified AND attending these invitationals. Please do not attend practices if you are not eligible or attending RWB or PI. The practices times will be different. 7:30-8:30am will be 10 and unders, and 8:30-9:30am will be 11 and up swimmers on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. There is no practice on Monday due to the EOS party. These practices will be run in stations targeting stroke work as well as walls(diving, turns, finishes). As I always say, races are won and lost on the walls! We will be working hard to finish out our final, great week of the season!
Again thank you to everyone in the Cuda Nation. This undefeated season has be an testament to all of your time, effort and dedication to the team. The coaching staff and I thank each and everyone of you personally for making this season so great! We couldn't have done it without you! Go Cudas!
Stay safe and swim happy,
Coach Jennie
