Mission of Lakeshore Middle School
Earlier this year, the Lakeshore Middle School staff worked together to create a new mission statement for LMS. While we certainly want to honor the past, we also wanted have a statement to guide the work that we are currently doing that will yield positive results. We are in the process of getting our mission statement more visible in our building as well as the community. If you have any suggestions on how we can put this mission statement into action within our community, please, do not hesitate to contact Mr. Swegles. Below is the mission statement created and decided upon by current Lakeshore Middle School staff members:
The mission of Lakeshore Middle School is to promote collaboration between educators, students, and families to foster engaged learners and active and compassionate
members of their community.
