Shout Outs
Every day, our CCMS staff works hard behind the scenes to do everything it can for our students. 🐾🐾🐾🐾 Reminders. 🐾🐾🐾🐾
Reminders:
Please take attendance during the first block of the day. Many of our Panthers are not being marked tardy for their first class which limits our availability to provide support for you and the student. Also, accurate attendance is critical. Please ensure your attendance is entered into Aeries by the end of the day.
Please do not allow students out of class during the first 15 and last 15 minutes of class unless they have a pass indicating a time or "immediately". We have been doing a great job of getting our young people into classes on time and want to continue to hold them accountable for their Preparedness!

🎃 Enriching Students 🎃
Hi Teachers.
A few links and a few reminders. Here is the link to the teacher Enriching Students video tutorial and the pdf step by step. The students have the video tutorial for them in their grade level Google Classroom, but in case you need the link, it's here.
A few reminders as we continue to use Enriching Students for PAWs:
- On Mondays, please log onto Enriching Students during Panther Connect to make sure all students are signed up for classes Tuesday and Thursday
- On Tuesday/Thursdays, please take attendance in Enriching Students during your PAWs class. Please only allow students into your PAWs if they are on your PAWs roster.
- Please create your adjusted courses so students know what you will be covering during the PAWs session. If you do create an adjusted course, please put your last name at the beginning of the course offering name (i.e. "Takahashi - Chapter 2 hiragana review"). When teachers/students are using the Enriching Students app or using the "Quick Schedule" feature, they can only see the course name.
If you need any help or have questions, please feel free to reach out.
Best,
Ms. Tatiana Takahashi
