Design Unique Assessment Opportunities Through Video
With EDpuzzle videos you can make pre-existing videos your own. Using videos from YouTube, Khan academy, or TED you can trim the videos, tag it with comments, multiple-choice or open-ended questions and set the video so students can't skip forward. You can collect the assignments that students complete and use it as an individual assessment or for whole group discussions.
Making the Most of Your Instruction
InsertLearning allows teachers to build lessons using a variety of content within an existing website. Once you have navigated to a website page, you can use the InsertLearning Chrome Extension to access the toolbar. The toolbar allows teachers to highlight text, add notes, and embed questions into the content so students can answer right on the page. With InsertLearning, teachers can add content from YouTube, ThingLink, Quizlet, and more. Teachers can assign these lessons to students with a code or fully integrate the assignments into their Google Classroom.
Play and Posit Interactive Learning Videos
PlayPosit allows teachers to create questions that appear on pre-recorded videos. Teachers can include anything from trimming the video, adding multiple-choice or free response questions, and add reflective pauses. You can give students feedback, embed a voice recording, table, link, or image. In addition to the editing features, you can record a video inside Chrome using the Chrome extension and access a library of videos from other users.
