What is cardio?

Cardio is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Cardio enables your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and inactivity.


Some cardio exercises could be walking, running in place, bike riding, and swimming. The workouts should cause moderate sweating. You need a minimum of 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week
