First you preheat the oven to 350 degrees farenheit. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter. Next you remove from heat, and stir in sugar,eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup of cocoa, 1/2 cup of flour, salt, and baking powder. Then spread batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Don't overcook. To make frosting mix 3 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, and 1 cup of confectioners sugar. Frost brownies while they are still warm.
I took a ingredient and divided it by 16 because 16 was the original servings amount to get a fraction. I did cross multiplication to get the fraction to be 20 servings.
