Nazareth Catholic Community
August 25, 2019 - 21st Sunday of Ordinary Time
Welcome Mass TONIGHT at 7:00PM!
I am very much looking forward to our 7:00PM Mass tonight – I truly miss our liturgies during the summer months. If you are new to our Catholic Community - WELCOME! I pray that our campus parish can be a spiritual home for you during your time at Nazareth. I very much look forward to meeting you. For those of you returning, WELCOME BACK! Please know you were missed!
As we begin this new semester, now is the perfect time to take some steps that will help you later when the stress and workload of the semester pile up. Having regularly scheduled times throughout your week designated for prayer and reflection can help bring calm and balance during times of stress and busyness. Consider making our Sunday night 7:00PM Mass and our 12:30PM Mass on Wednesdays part of your weekly routine. Add these Mass times to your phone/computer/paper calendars to help you remember!
As a Eucharistic people, our celebration of the Mass provides us the spiritual nourishment that will carry us through the week! Take time to step out of the busyness of the semester, become more grounded, reconnect with God and step back into the semester more focused. You will be glad you did! See you at Mass!
Pax et Bonum,
~ Jamie
