2020-21 Catholic Commnity of Flint FREP Program Updates
FINAL MEETING OF FREP: SUNDAY MAY 2, 2021 - 9:00 AM-10:15 AM
Sunday, May 2nd will be the final meeting for families enrolled in this year's FREP program. As has been announced, while FREP will begin at 9:00 am, the final session will go beyond what has been the 9:45 end time. As this end time runs past the 10:00 mass starting time, it is recommended that attending a different mass time on May 2nd would be helpful Please note the schedule below.
- 9:00-9:10: Families and students will meet in the parish hall together. At this time, students will be recognized for their participation and given their end-of-year certificates.
- 9:10-9:20: This year's summer Family Project materials will be distributed and the project will be explained.
- 9:20-9:30: Explanation of 2020-21 Online Evaluation Survey for parents and Blessing from Deacon Sean Costello
- 9:30 10:15 - Classes meet
- 10:15: Dismissal
Homework
- If any of the monthly objective sheets have not been turned in yet, families are encouraged to bring all missing documents to FREP on the final Sunday. The documents are extremely important when reporting annual data to the Diocese of Lansing. If any family is unable to attend this Sunday, please drop the homework objective sheets off at the parish office or send them to:

2020-21 FREP Survey/Evaluation
The philosophy of the Catholic Community of Flint FREP program is based on parents being the first and primary teachers of their children's religious education. As children grow up, they also grow in their faith nurtured by their parents and families.

SJV FREP Volunteers and Religious Education Commission Members Welcome!
As the end of the 2020-21 FREP season approaches, plans are already underway for the 2021-22 FREP season. As usual, volunteers are welcome and needed in many areas from additional instructors to instructional assistants, as well as those who can help with logistics for planning each month's activities, and childcare assistance. The committee is always looking for new ideas, new thoughts, and new people!
