Happy New Year!!

For some, (parents) this has been a very long vacation. For others... not long enough. In either case, I just wanted to remind everyone to dress in layers and to write names on all those new coats, gloves, snow pants, etc. It is 0 degrees at school right now, but that doesn't mean we don't go outside, we just go outside- prepared. We do cancel recess at -10 degrees though, in case that becomes an issue.

Please have the kids go to bed early tonight. "First day back," can be kind of hard on the body system, especially for us.

All schedules are the same, no big changes. We do have two seasonal events coming up. We have the district Forensics match coming at the end of February, so that means kids grades 4-6 will be practicing their pieces and we will have Cross-Country Skiing soon. Mr. Michael will be in charge of that again this year so have your child touch base with him if they are interested in participating.

See you tomorrow!!
