Message from the School Nurses Regarding Student Medication
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Due to the limitation of outside visitors to the school building, we are requesting that you or your child’s health care provider email or fax all medication orders to the nurses prior to your student returning to the building for in-person instruction.
Each school year, we must receive a completed PS 109 form (Physician/Prescriber Authorization- Medication orders) prior to the administration of any medication at school. This also applies to students who will be self-carrying their emergency medications (Asthma Inhalers, and EpiPen/Benadryl).
Once we receive the completed PS 109, we will contact you to arrange a time to meet you outside of the building to pick up the medication. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions. Thank you.

Senior Portraits
From Lifetouch:
In an effort to create a safe environment for you and others during your photography
session, we are requiring that appointments be scheduled and confirmed online at
least 48 hours prior to your visit. We also strongly encourage you to pay online to
minimize contact during your session. Unfortunately, no walk-in or unconfirmed
appointments can be accommodated. Each senior is limited to bringing one additional
person to their session when photographed outside of school hours. We look forward to
creating great memories for you at this special time.
