Compassion Resilience Toolkit Challenge #4
I would like to slowly introduce you to The Compassion Resilience Toolkit and offer a series of challenge questions for you to ponder. You can also do this as a staff activity.
Please read these Short informational pieces:
Challenge Questions to Ponder:
1. Do I know enough about other organizations’ services to confidently refer students and families to them?
2. Describe your vision of the most positive work environment for you to be able to be your best self in your job. What does your best self look like? How can you get there?
3.What is my belief in the capacity of others on “my team?” What do I need to do to increase my knowledge of and belief in the capacity of others?
