MHS Honor Society Food Drive
Every year, the National Honor Society hosts a food drive during Thanksgiving. This year they are partnering with St. Matthew’s Church Food Pantry to support individuals and families in need. The drive will take place at school through Friday, November 17.
There will be 5 different boxes in the front foyer (one for each grade level and one for the teachers) for food donations. As the drive will be taking place around pep rally, the food collection will also be a competition between each grade so that every item collected counts as a point towards each class’s score.
Please consider donating a preferred item listed here: canned soup (ex: Campbell’s), Cereal boxes, Quaker Oat individual servings (8) in a box, peanut butter, Goya type beans, bags of rice (1 or 2 lb bags), cans of tuna, boxes of mac and cheese, canned pasta sauce, bags or boxes pasta, cans of veggies.
Thank you for your support of our Thanksgiving Food Drive!
