Dear Valhalla Community,

Can you believe we only have 21 more days together this year? We are working so hard to make it count! We appreciate all of the proactive communication and continuous support!


We had so much fun at our Movie Night, Art Fair & the 80's Auction Dinner Dance! Thank you for your support, hours of volunteering and community building! Please check out our pictures of how much fun we had and the amazing artwork!


We are very excited for all of our upcoming events including: DIne and Donate at our local Round Table Pizza (thanks Simon), Volunteer Tea, VPFA final meeting, Concert, Multicultural Night, Open House with Kona Ice, & 5th grade celebration! Can't wait to see you there!

We will have the amazing Kona Ice Truck parked outside our school from 6 PM to 8 PM for our Shave Ice Social during the Open House on May 18. Come purchase some sweet cold treats and tell your friends and neighbors: 20% of the sales will be donated to our school!!

Dear Valhalla Community,


I wish I could take you all to Greece with me this summer! The next best thing is to meet me at the Oakland Greek Festival, May 20-22 ! There is lots of parking, delicious food and treats, vendors, live music and dancing! It is a great family outing. It's also very reasonably priced and the weather should be perfect! I will be in the Kafeneon (in the Cafe) all weekend! I hope to see you there!

Mister Softee will be parked at Valhalla from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on our last day of school, June 2, to send us sweetly into summer.

Purchase soft-serve cones and other ice cream treats on your way out or come back after lunch. Tell your friends and neighbors: the more we sell, the higher the percentage will be donated to our school

If your child, or a child you know of, is eligible for either class please visit MDUSD's online enrollment to enroll that child online.
