Lunch Applications
Greetings, Parents & Guardians,
Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) is pleased to offer a time-saving, convenient online application process for Free and Reduced-Price Meals (FARMS). Previously, parents had to complete a paper application and return it to their child’s school. For their convenience, the new online application streamlines the process and can be constructed from any computer with Internet access.
Free or reduced-price meals are available to students based on household size and income. To view income eligibility guidelines, click here www.pgcps.org/offices/food-and-nutrition. Benefits expire each year, so families must reapply to ensure students continue to receive meal benefits. Students are automatically eligible for free meals if their family receives assistance under the Food Supplement Program (FSP) or Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) benefits.
The new online application is available at www.applyforlunch.com. Paper copies are sent home to each student and available at all school sites. For details on the application process, visit the PGCPS Department of Food and Nutrition Services website, or call 301-952-6517
