Important: Please Read - Tardy Policy

Starting 4th quarter, which is when we return from Spring Break, we will be enforcing the tardy policy. The following changes are to ensure students arrive to class on time:

  • Staff members will be outside to direct the drop off line starting at 7:50.
  • Gates will open to welcome students starting at 7:50.
  • Students that arrive by car, walking, or bike will be marked tardy if they are not in class by the time the tardy bell rings. The tardy bell rings at 8:16am.
  • Provisions are already in place for students arriving on late buses. These provisions will continue.
  • Only students with late bus passes will be permitted to get breakfast after 8:13am, when the first bell rings.
  • A tardy is deemed/characterized as excused only if it meets the excused absence guidelines found in the Student Code of Conduct.

I am asking for your support with getting your student to class on time. We need to keep our students safe and in class learning.

When our students start and spend their day in a structured environment, they demonstrate academic success and improved behavior. Thank you for your support!
