The Resilient Cardinal
Because You Matter
September 2020
Miniature Therapy Horse, Mocha, is available for students!
Mental Health Pop-Up Booth!
Cardinal Care cares about our students! Keep your eyes out for this pop-up booth, traveling around the schools over the next few weeks.
The booth teaches students about the importance of self care. It focuses on three ideas: drinking water, getting exercise, and getting a good night of sleep.
There are even free, superhero-themed items to remind students of their self-care superpower!
Which of these three - drinking water, getting exercise, and getting a good night of sleep - is YOUR self-care superpower?
