Dear Families-Read on for the News

A Great First Week of School

Our staff couldn't be more pleased with the start of the school! I have definitely felt how our school community embraces our motto, "We are CREW and not Passengers!"

Here are a few spotlights:

  • Families have done a great job following the dismissal and drop off routine of staying in cars and picking their child up during their designated pick up times.
  • All students have transitioned to eating lunch outdoors. One family is working hard to provide additional outdoor tables so we have a more enjoyable outdoor dining experience.
  • Students are doing an incredible job following mask-wearing and hand hygiene practices.
  • Our new staff have fully embraced our model and are working hard to implement the principles of CREW in their classrooms.
  • Students have been so engaged and joyful to teach!
  • Today, we conducted our first lockdown and fire drill!
  • We have raised additional funding for our playground and are only $8,655 away from meeting our goal!
