The Jim Crow Laws
The Jim Crow laws were the laws that enforced Racial Segregation. This began at the end of the Reconstruction and the beginning of the Civil Right Movements.
A little more information
The effects of these laws are extreme segregation, which led to the disruption in the peace. There were often riots and protest that had violent outcomes because the two different sides.
