HOW TO MAKE CAKE POPS !

- Cake mix of you choice
- Chocolate for melting - milk or dark, your choice
- White chocolate
- Sprinkles for decoration
- Lollipop Sticks
With the cake mix of you choice. Mix the cake as told on the box and bake it.
Take the cake out of the oven. Let it cool before making cake pops.
Take the cool cake out of the oven and in move it to a large bowl. With your hand or a spoon break the cake into fine crumbs. Be sure that the cake is fully crumbed before moving to the next step.
MAKE SURE HANDS ARE CLEAN !
Add the flavor of frosting you choose. Add about half. What you are looking for is a dough type texture if you need more be sure to add. Make sure all crumbs are costed with icing.
Using a small cookie scooper make out little balls. Round them out with your hand so they don't stick as much.
After rolling all of the cake in balls. Line them on a cookie sheet and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes to let them firm up.
Make sure they are firm before moving on. This could take more the 10 minutes.
Now it is time to melt the chocolate. You can use a double boiler . if not make one by putting a small mixing bowl on top of a pot with out it falling in.
Take the cake balls out of the freezer.
Dip the cake pops in to the melted chocolate.
