Issue 4 Volume 2
Week of September 14
Every week I think about how lucky I am to have such a fabulous team. This week we had our first Data Talks and everyone came to the table with their information. What a great first step in getting to know our students. Our data talks will continue throughout the year as we administer common assessments. You were left with priorities and we want to make sure those action steps are taken.
Ms. Arevalo- 2nd
Small group in action! We all should be working on small groups in reading. Use your I-SIP/I-SIP espanol data to set up your small groups. We will be discussing and delving more into the data when we meet. Log into I-SIP and venture into the website, it is full of useful information.
Ms. Reyes- Kinder
Math small group in action! This week Ms. Wilson will be meeting with Math teachers during your extended planning time to discuss "Targeted the Question" routines. I'm excited to know that I will be seeing this used with the students K-5.
just something to think about!
