The sanctuary includes all the area bounded by lines joining the south end of the North passage, point Maud, Monk's head and main reef due west of Monk's Head. Beach fishing only is permitted in this area but only between the south end of the bay and Monk's Head so please DONT FISH IN THOSE AREAS. Quad Tracks

Coral Bay has many quad bike tours available all year long. If you didn't know what a quad bike was they are a four wheeled bike made to handle driving on soft sand. If you have your drivers licence then you can drive yourself and a friend along the track, but if not you can jump on with a friend. You can go on quad bike tours that can go on for 2 to 3 hours. You can go on a sunset tour or a lunch time tour. Most of the quad bike tours take you to a snookering spot like oyster bridge or the lagoon. If you go during the summer month you might be able to see some turtle grazing on the green sea grass. For more information go to the website below

The Coral Breeze Sail Cruises

Sail across the Ningaloo Reef on a beautiful catamaran. Go snorkeling in deep areas that have not be touched and are just beautiful. Do a 5 hours, 3 hour or 2 hour sail at sunset or during the day. Most trip provide morning tea or lunch and have one or more snorkeling spot for you to look at great big corals and beautiful marine life.

Food

There is not many dinner eating out places in Coral Bay so i recommend from personal experiences bring your own food to Coral Bay. There is a general store but i never need to use it as we brought our own food. There is only restaurants and pubs in the hotels of Coral Bay so bring your own food

Accommodation (bay view carnival park)

Coral Bay has very limited accommodation. I have been many times and only stayed at bay view, which is caravan park. It has camping spots, villas, a lodge, caravan spots and a play ground. I think that this is the best place to stay for families with children and found this place the best. it has a restaurants that was great and had the best pizza.
