Please take some time to discuss the importance of mental health with your child and reach out to the school if you need assistance. Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being which can affect how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress in our lives, relate to others, and what choices we make.
Mindful meditation has proven to change the structure and function of the brain, and it’s a fabulous way to promote relaxation while reducing anxiety, depression, and stress. If you don't know how to practice mindful meditation yet, it can be learned. This is something you can do anytime you need it!
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available.
