Progress Monitoring Forms
Collaboration Agendas
We are finding some of the documents we need but not all. Every teacher should be completing a Progress Monitoring Form after each unit assessment. Collaboration agendas should be completed after department and team meetings.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this.

February 12 - Student Led Conferences - Everyone is expected to attend
Student led conferences are just what the name implies. The students do the talking and you are the facilitator. Students should be permitted to choose a few samples of their work to include in their folder to show parents, but you also should include some that you have chosen.
If parents wish to discuss grades or behavior, kindly ask them to schedule a conference.
We Can Do Better
I wonder if we are walking our talk? Next time you go into the lounge or the break room, open the microwave. Let's hold one another accountable for spills. We expect it of our students so why not of ourselves? We tell our students to "do your best." Are we doing OUR best? It's food for thought.
Guiding Questions and Evaluating our Work
Remember, we want to work smarter, not harder.
