Timmy Bridel, son of Jeanne & Bryan Bridel. married Katie Kilgallen on Saturday, August 6th in the HEAT of the afternoon. The nuptials took place at THE GROVE at CENTERTON in Pittsgrove, Salem County. This venue is nestled in the woods of Parvin State Park in the middle of FARM COUNTRY. It was a beautiful day at a beautiful location to celebrate two beautiful souls becoming one.

Timmy is a longtime member of Pinelands UM Church and attended Sunday School and Youth Group most of his youthful years. I have so many fond memories of Timmy (and James) growing up and think of the Bridels as extended family. Timmy was always very grounded and level headed even as a young boy and teenager.

One particular story sticks with me. While on a mission trip to West Virginia we met so many other teens and leaders from youth groups around the country. It was an amazing experience for all of us, the leaders too. Chris and James however did not always act with a level head, they more or less were driven by their hearts (not a terrible way to be). Chris and James fell for two girls almost immediately from North Dakota. They were both smitten for the entire trip. Timmy on the other hand (being wise beyond his years) did not see any point in meeting and talking with a girl, falling in love, only to NEVER see her again! James and Chris on the other hand were already planning a road trip to North Dakota! Timmy tried to reason with them "what's the point you're never going to see them again". The sad truth was Chris and James never did see those girls again. They left with broken hearts.

This memory seems like a lifetime ago. These three boys and Felicia shared an experience and bond while on this mission trip that they'll never forget. They were able to give hope and share their "talents" with so many families that week.

Timmy this memory I have is over 10 years old; I still smile everytime I think of it. I'm so happy that you met Katie and decided she was perfect to talk to, perfect to love and perfect to marry! Your patience paid off...after all what's the point of talking to a girl if you weren't going to marry her?

May you both grow together in life and love. This is the beginning of your beautiful story. Every moment counts. Cherish each one. Take every picture. Love eachother fervently. Grow your faith and anchor your lives serving the Lord. Take every picture. Keep family important. Keep Jesus first. He will guide your marriage and it will be fruitful. Did I say take every picture?
