Progress Report
It’s hard to believe that we are already at the end of the first semester of the school year! With this time approaching, so are report cards.
Elementary & Middle School students: an Advanced Learning Plan progress report given to families alongside the 2nd quarter report card.
High School students: will be completing a mid-year reflection on their goals in the Xello system in January.
High school families can ask their child to share their reflection.
*Xello is accessible through an app on student iPads*
Legistative Day
Do you have a high school student who is interested in learning more about how our government works? The Colorado Association for Gifted and Talented’s annual Legislative Day is returning in person this year! 9th-12th grade students have the opportunity to shadow a legislator and experience the legislative process firsthand. There is a registration and application process.
More info can be found at: https://www.coloradogifted.org/events/legislative-day/
If your high schooler is interested in this opportunity, please reach out to Mrs. Graham for support.

Professional Development
We are excited to announce that all of our teachers will be trained on Depth and Complexity in March with a kick-off for our principals and instructional coaches in January. This training supports our goal of having teachers use high impact instruction for all students while also differentiating for gifted and high potential learners.
Check out this LINK if you’d like to learn more about Depth and Complexity!
