OUR MISSION, VISION, AND CORE VALUE STATEMENTS
Dear PDES Families:
Grounded on Groundhog Day! We have hit the 1/2 way mark of the school year and together, we have set direction for our school! We know our path, we know our destination and we have a compass that will help us achieve our SHARED vision! Thank you to EVERYONE for coming together to complete this important work, it will become the anchor of our school improvement planning and help us set clear and measurable high expectations for everyone in our learning community!
A very special thank you to our School Improvement Team for helping us tune and shape Peace Dale's Mission Statement to be clear and concise and for identifying our Core Value Statements. They reflected on our community feedback and captured it beautifully in the work below. Great job team!

CLASS information coming soon!
Dismissal- Parent Pick-up & Our New Safety Lanyards!
Each child that is a "pick-up" will be issued a lanyard. On the back of the lanyard will be authorized release information. These names will come from our STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM _SKYWARD. Please check Skyward to be sure the information is up to date. If you need to revise your list of those authorized to release, please do one of the following:
- Stop by our main office and Patti or Tereasa will assist
- Review Skyward and send a dated and signed updated list in writing
- Make edits/changes in Skyward and await approval
**If you are having difficulty making edits/changes in Skyward, please reach out to our office staff and they will assist you, or simply send in a signed and dated updated list for the office to revise in Skyward.
If your child is a pick-up for the day, they will be issued a RED- TODAY ONLY- Lanyard and the office will list authorized release information on the back of the lanyard.
Once the lanyard system is in place, we will no longer need to "sign out" students at the end of the day at pick-up, unless a student is an early or late pick-up. Then you would need to visit our main office. Please note, you will still need to bring identification- each and every time.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. My direct number is 401-360-1604.
We are looking to launch this new lanyard system for our students who are picked up in the coming weeks. We appreciate your support in making this new system a success. Thank you in advance for your patience and support, as we initiate this new safety initiative at PDES soon
