3 Step Impact Analysis
Get support to evaluate what's working in your school
We believe in impact. We believe teachers should focus on doing only what works, but how do you really know what is working and why? Our 3 Step Impact Analysis will show you how to use your data detail to uncover the big picture and link it with a concise, research-informed strategy for improvement.
How does it work?
Preparation – Choose a key area of impact for analysis. This might be an inspection recommendation, a school improvement priority or an innovation area.
Step One - Just like forensic investigators, we will complete a detailed analysis of all of the relevant data within your school. We’ll identify gaps in evidence and help you to create new data sets to plug those gaps.
Step Two – We’ll provide a clear narrative of impact, pinpointing key questions, lines of enquiry areas and areas for improvement by linking all the relevant data together in a clear, coherent picture.
Step Three – We’ll link the most robust, relevant research with the things you need to do to improve. We’ll make sure you know which strategies are having little impact, so you can stop doing them and gain more time to do what works.
