St. John Nepomuk Catholic School
Mission Statement
Referral Thank You Program Announcement!
Dear SJN Families,
Each year, St. John Nepomuk is honored to welcome new families to our school community, many of whom are personally referred to us by YOU, our SJN families. We think you should be rewarded for bringing new families to our school, and we want to thank you for sharing your FALCON PRIDE!
Through our “Referral Thank You Program,” your family can receive a $500 tuition credit for
referring a new family to St. John Nepomuk Catholic School.
Here’s how it works:
The referral program is open to all families with students currently enrolled at St. John Nepomuk Catholic School.
The referral family must be identified by the new family when the application is submitted (specifically the “How did you hear about us?” question on the application).
The new family must be enrolling a student in grade K-7.
Only one family can be designated as the referral family. The new family cannot have any siblings currently or previously enrolled at St John Nepomuk nor can they already be identified as a prospective family.
Approval of the new student(s) is not guaranteed.
Tuition Credit
The tuition credit will be applied 4 months after the new student(s) starts school.
Both the referral and new families must be enrolled at the time the tuition credit is applied.
Families have the option of donating their tuition credit towards the financial aid program. Donation letters will be provided for tax purposes.
Tuition credits will not be paid in cash, nor can they be applied to other fees
Tuition discounts for the referring family may not exceed total tuition paid by that family.
The St. John Nepomuk Referral Thank You Program is subject to review and modification and may be suspended at any time.
Interpretation of the program parameters will be at the discretion of the Principal and Pastor.
Effective Date: February 5, 2019
If you have questions, please reach out to Mrs. Johnson at njohnson@sjnok.org.

Vision 2030
The letter provides an overall guide for the archdiocese for the next 12 years.
The pastoral letter will be followed by more specific plans every few years that will help create priorities for parishes, schools, clergy and laypeople in support of our mission. We will be holding listening sessions over the next several months to gather feedback and ideas to help craft these priorities. The sessions will be held in Guymon, Clinton, Enid, Lawton, Ardmore and Oklahoma City.
Click here to see a short video message from the Archbishop. Links to the pastoral letter are on the left side of that page, or you may click on image below this message to read and/or download the pastoral letter in English. Printed booklets will be available soon.

Please note, you may only select one teacher at a time. You will have the opportunity to select another teacher and conference date/time option after submitting the form for each conference you are scheduling. Commitment to a Safe Environment
The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City through its programs, organizations and events, has numerous daily contacts with many children and young people. It is, therefore, important that all Archdiocesan Personnel, clergy, seminarians, religious, employees and volunteers, protect the rights of children and be alert to the possibility for child abuse. Under Oklahoma State law, all individuals MUST report an incident or suspicion of sexual abuse of a minor (person under 18 years of age) to the civil authorities. The Oklahoma Department of Human Services has established a statewide abuse reporting hotline for reporting: 1-800-522-3511. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you feel a child is in immediate danger of harm call 911. For the safety of children and the healing of victims, the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City provides an Abuse of Minors Pastoral Response Hotline for reporting the abuse of a minor (in the past or presently) by a member of the clergy or other church personnel: 1-405-720-9878. The Archdiocesan Victims Assistance Coordinator, a licensed professional counselor, will respond to calls to the Archdiocesan Pastoral Response Hotline. A report to the Archdiocese does not relieve the individual of the duty to report child abuse to civil authorities as required by Oklahoma State Law. In Oklahoma, failure to report child abuse is a misdemeanor punishable in law.
