I would like to encourage everyone to continue the awesome work that you are doing with your students. Remember that the curriculum, teacher resources, and virtual resources are tools to TEACH the standards. Focus on:
- What is the standard(s) ?- no more than 2 or 3 at a time.
- What should students be able to do by the end of the lesson?
- How are you going to get them there?
- What instructional strategies are you going to use?
- What resources work best?
- How are you going to know that they learned it?
Don't get lost in the resources, the focus is always the content.
Remember to sign up for your weekly instructional support time.
