Community Medic and Asthma Foundation present: Live Well with Asthma

The ‘Live Well with Asthma’ group education session are delivered by an experienced Asthma Foundation NSW trainer and focus on the key areas of asthma self-management including:

  • Recognising asthma symptoms
  • Checking delivery device technique

  • Understanding asthma medicines

  • Worsening asthma

  • Asthma First Aid

The group sessions help people to identify what well controlled asthma looks like and what steps they can take to improve their asthma management to ‘live well’. Community Medic is proud to present two workshops to address the needs of the community.

Do you know what the correct Puffer technique is?

What would you do if you came across a person in respiratory distress?

Find out the answers to this at our Living Well with Asthma seminar. Free to Community Medic staff and Volunteers and clients.
