Community Medic and Asthma Foundation present: Live Well with Asthma
The ‘Live Well with Asthma’ group education session are delivered by an experienced Asthma Foundation NSW trainer and focus on the key areas of asthma self-management including:
- Recognising asthma symptoms
Checking delivery device technique
Understanding asthma medicines
Worsening asthma
Asthma First Aid
The group sessions help people to identify what well controlled asthma looks like and what steps they can take to improve their asthma management to ‘live well’. Community Medic is proud to present two workshops to address the needs of the community.
