We encourage as much use of organic food when possible. We understand that budget is a consideration for all of us. The coaching involved includes a weekly call, email or text depending on what works best for your schedule.

Expected Costs - $275 - $375 for food, organic food will increase this amount. $0 for Coaching
Option 2 - Whole Food and Meal Replacements
Meal Replacement program
This tool is very simple with little preparation on your part. It is "goofproof". You will eat six meals per day. One meal is a lean and green meal that you prepare on your own, the other meals are meal replacements. These meals help you tap in to your fat storage as an energy source in about 3-4 days.
