Thank you for your interest in our program. We are excited to help you reach your healthy weight and learn how to create long term health in your life. Please review the following weight loss options and let us know which works best for you.

Option 1 - Whole Food Program

Our whole food program

Our whole food program involves helping to create a meal plan that contains an adequate amount of protein, vegetables, and carbohydrates to support losing weight. We will implement portion control and other simple guidelines that will help you learn how to eat healthy food the right way. We encourage only water consumption while losing weight for many reasons, but the most important is that staying hydrated has been proven to improve our metabolism and help you burn fat quicker.


We encourage as much use of organic food when possible. We understand that budget is a consideration for all of us. The coaching involved includes a weekly call, email or text depending on what works best for your schedule.


Expected results - Lose up to 1-2 lbs per week


Expected Costs - $275 - $375 for food, organic food will increase this amount. $0 for Coaching

Option 2 - Whole Food and Meal Replacements

Meal Replacement program

Our second option utilizes the power of meal replacements to help lose weight quickly and safely. One of the reasons we recommend this program is that it has been clinically proven to reduce weight quickly without burning muscle in the process. It is great for diabetics as well as those who have hypertension and other weight related diseases.


This tool is very simple with little preparation on your part. It is "goofproof". You will eat six meals per day. One meal is a lean and green meal that you prepare on your own, the other meals are meal replacements. These meals help you tap in to your fat storage as an energy source in about 3-4 days.
