4th of July
Red, Wave and Blue Parade
Due to COVID-19, we have changed the 4th of July event for this year. Since the event is mostly inflatables and rides, we cannot take the proper cleaning procedures to ensure we are following social distancing and sanitation orders.
This year we are doing a parade route through The Meadows with the very special Uncle Sam! Residents are encouraged to decorate their bikes, strollers and wagons in red, white and blue and bring American flags to wave through the air. Please view the timeline and route and ride/walk to the closest street the route will go near your house. In addition to Uncle Sam, be sure to wave to the Police and our Sponsors!
Please note, this is a slow drive by with Uncle Sam, the police and sponsors for residents to wave to. For safety reasons, we will not be throwing out candy as the streets will not be closed for regular traffic. Please stay on the sidewalks and show up in your best red, white and blue attire to help us celebrate Independence Day!
Stop by The Grange between June 29th and July 3rd to pick up 4th of July mini flags and necklaces to bring to the parade. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
Date: Saturday, July 4
Time: Parade will leave from The Grange at 10 am. We expect the parade to take about an hour/90 minutes.
