Welcome Back to the Pool!

We are excited to be back coaching again!

Special Note from Coach Leslie

It's so fun to be back to coached workouts! We really enjoy seeing everyone again. It takes some time to get back into routines and habits so don't be too hard on yourself. Let your coaches and teammates know how we can help hold you accountable and most importantly have fun in the water again! There are many hours that are not busy at the pool, send Leslie a message and I can let you know when there is the least amount of traffic at the pool. I know some swimmers are trying hard to be extra safe in this crazy time.

Thank you so much to Leah Aragon for making face shields for the coaches! They are much more comfortable to use while coaching than masks. She also makes these shields for nursing homes. Way to go Leah!

Keep sending us pictures of you getting back in the pool. Feel free to email Coach Leslie at or give me a call if you need any help with anything: 864-283-1328.

Look at all these smiles!
