My Future
Grant Davis
My Brain Hemisphere
Left Brain Thinker
Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I use logistics and want to learn about everything. I also have reason behind my logical thinking. Because I am a left brain thinker, I could use more artistic and creativity abilities.
My Personality Type
#1 Green
I have a green personality type. That explains my excellent strategic, logical, and visionary thinking. While learning, I enjoy the adventure of searching for an answer. I'll be curious and look into a problem to solve it. I also ask why and am very rational with my answers. It may seem like I'm all into learning, I am, but I have high standards and goals in life and I always look forward at them.
#2 Gold
My gold and orange personalities are numbered the same. With this side I am reaistic and commited to anything I set my mind to. I'm also detailed in my work.
#3 Orange
I tend to be more creative and adventourous with this side. I can also be a multi-tasker at times. Although I'm competitive, too.
#4 Blue
With this side, the opposite one of green, I tend to be optimistic and devoted to situations. I can be a team player also.
Decision Making
Analytical Style
When making decisions I tend to make them deliberately and follow the analytical style. People with that decision making style want control, motivated by complex situations with variety and challenge, and wants to be able to predict outcomes. Others could see my decision making as over controlling, sometimes too slow, and impersonal. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for scientific and engineering, and planning.
