Tidwell Middle School

First Week

Well, we have made it through the first week of class! Everyone worked so hard and jumped right back in! I hope that everything has been running smoothly at home as well. I know that transitioning back to school is hard for the students, but every year seems to go a little smoother!

I am going to resend the supply list because I have had parents ask me for it again. You can either bring the supplies to the school or send them on the bus with your student. I will get them either way.

Musings from a Special Education Teacher

Over the summer, I created a blog. My hope that is on this blog I can share resources for you and other teachers. This blog will have no student information available on it, but will have different posts talking about what is done in the classroom and and how it works for the students. My hope is that you will be able to look at this and see different ideas on how to utilize this for your student at home.

There will be videos that we use for different learning tasks available on here as well.

I hope that the organization of the information this way will prove to be beneficial for you and your student.
