Britain is are our biggest trading partner. The supply us with raw materials that we need, so we can use them to make things we need for survival. Without them we will be low on materials because everywhere else gives us little amounts at a time. We can’t stay with France because they betrayed us.

We should also have a strong Navy and Army because the citizens won’t be trained to handle the wars if one breaks out. We need people who can be trained and risk there life to protect us. If all of a sudden a riot turns into an uncontrolled war the citizens will not know what to do, but if we have trained people they can get it solved.

The rich and educated know something about handling money and a little about what is right and wrong. The common people don’t have that much money so when they are asked to pay to help they wouldn’t know what a good amount is and may give most of the money away.
