Happy Valentine's Week!

Some parents are sending valentine cards/treats for both classes, some are sending for their homeroom only. The choice is yours.

+3 Addition Facts

Due on or before Friday, February 12th

1 page of +3 addition facts.

** Complete your Valentine Card Box and send by FRIDAY!

This week we will review addition skills and formally introduce a unit on Money.

Please send a small bag of real coins for your child this week if possible for exploring during our lessons on coins. Put their name on the bag and place in the zipper pocket in their binder.

If possible, 10 pennies, 10 dimes, 10 nickels, and 4 quarters will assist in our learning activities. (We have plastic coins, but real money works best to promote real life connections)

This week we will continue learning about Solids and Liquids with a lesson from our textbook.

Social Studies Focus This Week:

We will work in our Maps,Globes, and Graphs book as well as preparing for the IOWA test.

A BIG thanks to Cole, Noah, and Ava's parents for sending in dry erase markers! We have enough skinny expo markers for each child! THANK YOU!!!
