Summer 2020 Edition

Summer Fun

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, many things have changed in our lives. This summer is very different from past summers with pools closed, sports cancelled, and physical/social distancing. But here are a few things that have not been cancelled:

Riding a bicycle

Taking a walk or hike

Having a picnic

Making crafts

Gardening

Camping

Stargazing

Reading a book

Check out the July Feature below for more activities!!

Mentioning reading books reminds me....have you been reading this summer?! There is still time to join my SUMMER READING CHALLENGE and read 1,000 minutes!!! If you do, we will have a cook-out, get an extended recess, and receive a few nice treats!!! If you lost the log that was mailed home with your report card, that's ok...click on the document below, print it out, and use that one!

I hope you are having a very fun and safe summer! I always like to see you out and around town!

Take care,

Mrs. Davis
