Minimum Wage
Pros of minimum wage: It guarantees that an employee will not get paid less than the stated minimum wage. It gives employees the incentive to do the job they were hired for.
Cons: Minimum wage setup is too low and way behind times. The low wages causes taxpayers to pay the difference for those to live off of food stamps, medicaid, etc.
The minimum wage in California is $10. Senator Feinstein supports increasing the minimum wage.
