Logging in to Canvas, Attendance and F2F
1. Even though students are face 2 face they still need to be logging in to Canvas everyday. Some of our F2F students have not logged in since they started back. I realize for our littles this can be difficult however we really have to start having all students log in daily. Why?
a. This is the only way we can track attendance accurately.
b. If a student has to be sent home for quarantine they still know how to navigate Canvas and SeeSaw. We have to keep that muscle memory working!
c. Heaven forbid if we have to quarantine your entire class...they'd all have to log in!
2. Some students might be logging in to the Google Meet with your code and not logging in to Canvas, we have to make sure they are going through Canvas. Why?
a. See above...same reasons...

Check out the new Pear Decks in the ELAR curriculum that can be used to teach your minilessons. They are really helpful.

Be on the lookout for your Guided Reading Binder with resources in your box. All materials are there as tools, so whatever you do not want, you can remove. If there is anything additional you want, and I can find or make it for you, let me know! If you need support with guided reading, email me and we can set up a time to plan, co-teach, or have a model lesson. 🙂
Here is a great resource from Mrs. Casco that is like a Starfall in Spanish---ArbolABC.com
