Gratitude is good for your HEALTH!

10 benefits of gratitude

  • Improves self-esteem.

  • It makes us happier and more optimistic.
  • More resilient and deal with adversity better.
  • Are more generous and forgiving.
  • Keeps you in the present moment.
  • Be happier and notice the present moment more.
  • Lower stress, anxiety and thoughts.

"When you choose to be grateful, you transfer your "not enough" into "all you need." When you are grateful for all that you have, you begin to show more love and generosity toward others."
