Greenwell Foundation, EARTH DAY Wednesday April 22nd
Greenwell Foundation is an organization that works to demonstrate the possibilities available to all individuals when accessibility and inclusiveness are made a priority. In honor of Earth day, volunteers will help complete projects at Greenwell ranging from painting to bamboo fence building.
Christmas in April, Saturday April 25th
Christmas in April is an organization that helps renovate the homes of underprivileged families in need. Volunteers will assist in building and renovation on site. If you're interested in working with your hands and serving the local community, this is a perfect opportunity for you!
All Week - Campus Farm
Monday - Friday
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Saturday - Sunday
1:00 pm- 2:30 pm
Volunteers will help with whatever is needed that day. Volunteers may be tasked with planting, weeding, and placing straw and compost, among other things.
To get to the campus farm:
Take a left out of the Campus Center parking lot and continue down Route 5, passing the HSMC brick chapel. On your right will be Rosecroft Road (do not turn down Rosecroft). Immediately after Rosecroft, on Route 5, is a small white house on the right with a half-moon driveway. The farm is directly behind and to the left of the house.
