| PBIS UpdatesIn October, the PBIS Committee focused on Building Community. For this, the committee ran an Social Emotional Learning student survey to gather information about the student's feelings around hope and support. The Counselors are doing anti-bullying/kindness lessons and the Character Strong lessons focus on building community and values. November is GRATITUDE month at Ray Reynolds. When students receive gratitude, it increases pro-social behavior by making them feel socially valued. When students' express gratitude to others, it improves their relationships and overall well-being.
