Zoom is HERE!
We are pleased to announce the technology consortium has secured enhanced Zoom licenses for all TEACHERS for the 2020-21 school year. This will provide all teachers with the ability to host video conferences, record lessons, etc.
How do I access my Zoom account?
To access your Zoom account, you will go to https://jcisd-org.zoom.us/ and sign in using your Google credentials (same email and password you use to check work email).
What if I already have a Zoom account?
Users who already have a Zoom account tied to their work/school email address will need to convert their current account to the consortium license. To convert your license, go to https://jcisd-org.zoom.us/, sign in, and then follow the directions provided in this PDF (Zoom Account Conversion Process).
If you have trouble signing in or converting your account, please submit a Service Desk ticket or call the Service Desk immediately at 517.768.5299 so that we can troubleshoot your issue.
