SSD Hazelwood Administrator Updates and New Contact Information
Congratulations to Ann Hawkey!
During the January 10 SSD Board of Education meeting, Special Education Coordinator Ann Hawkey was approved for the role of Principal of the St. Louis County Juvenile Detention Center. During the transition to her new role, Ms. Hawkey worked with the director of special education, SSD leadership, and Hazelwood leadership to ensure students and schools are supported during the transition to her new role.
“I am honored and excited to be the principal of the St. Louis County Juvenile Detention Center. I am looking forward to the opportunity to continue to learn and grow alongside inspiring educators while making a difference in each individual who comes through the program.”
