GRADE 6 PEEC Trip Chaperone Opportunity and Informational Meeting
The Grade Six camping trip to the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) has been a tradition for over forty years. The PEEC team is comprised of veteran volunteers who are committed to teaching, guiding, and caring for all the members of their group(s) for 24 hours a day. This trip is exciting, fun, exhausting, interesting and challenging.
We are interested in providing this opportunity for our sixth graders this year. In order to do this, we need parent chaperones to assist us with this trip. If you are interested in chaperoning, please click HERE for this information. Chaperone interest forms are due to Mr. Craig Freeman by Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
On Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at 7:15 pm, we will have an informational meeting for parents about the PEEC trip. This will take place in the cafeteria after the last conference is scheduled. We will provide information about trip activities, supplies, and required paper work so families can decide if they are interested in having their child attend. There will also be a brief question and answer session.
